The automatic control system consists of liquid level sensor, thermocouple thermometer, pressure transmitter, electronic control rejection, steam regulating valve, steam electric valve and so on. The self-developed new technology for eliminating pump cavitation is used. For example, the boiler feed water pump is connected with the anti-cavitation device of the low-position high-efficiency thermal deaerator.
The deaerator is placed at any position and the pump will not cavitation. The pump will not have any cavitation, long-term safe operation, and the civil construction investment is greatly reduced. The deaerator can be manually or electrically switched under various variable load conditions, with wide adaptability and large operational flexibility.
